KEYNOTE , PRACTICAL AI FOR BUSINESS

AI You Can Use Monday

Put AI to Work on Work That Matters.

AI gets more useful when you give it a real job. This keynote helps people spot practical uses in the work they already do, give AI better context and check what comes back.

Who It’s For

Rooms with mixed AI experience, from people who have never tried it to people who use it every day.

  • Broad Business Audiences

Give everyone in the room a practical place to start, whatever their role.

  • Company Meetings

Help teams find tasks where AI can save time, and agree on how to check the work.

  • Entrepreneurs and Business Owners

Find the jobs AI can help with when you are the one doing most of them.

  • Associations

Give members of every size and role examples they recognize from their own businesses.

  • Mixed AI Experience

Start from plain language, so beginners can follow and regular users still pick up better habits.

Most People Have Heard What AI Can Do.

Fewer know where to start with their own work. A vague request gets a vague answer, and an answer nobody checks can create new problems.

AI You Can Use Monday makes the starting point clear. Stefanie uses business examples people recognize, like preparing for a sales conversation, turning rough notes into a first draft or planning customer follow-up, and ends with a next step people can take back to work.

What People Leave With

  1. Pick the Job.

Find a task where an AI trial could be useful, and define what a good result looks like.

  2. Give It Context.

Provide the goal, the source material and the limits the task needs.

  3. Check the Work.

Review the result and decide what to improve before it becomes part of the workflow.

Habits That Outlast the Tools

Tools change every few months. The habits in this keynote hold up: pick a job worth doing, give the tool what it needs and check what comes back before anyone relies on it.

Stefanie has taught AI to business audiences on stages, in webinars and in hands-on sessions, from glass and millwork companies to independent dealers. Through Grit Blueprint, she and her team also help clients use AI in their sales and business development work.

Keynote or Working Session?

The keynote and the working session share a name and a goal, in two different formats. Either way, Stefanie shapes the examples around the work your audience does every day.

  • The Keynote

Business examples, a clear starting point and a next step to take back to work. 30 to 90 minutes, in person or virtual. No laptop or AI account needed.

  • The Working Session

Hands-on time on a task of your own. Bring a laptop, access to the agreed AI tool and a task without sensitive information. The team confirms preparation, timing and support before the session.

    See the Working Session

  • Keynote and Working Session

Pair them so people can practice after the keynote. Each part is scoped so the time and purpose are clear.

About This Keynote

See all FAQs

How is the AI You Can Use Monday keynote different from the working session?

The keynote shows the approach with business examples, and no one needs a laptop or an AI account. The working session gives people time to try it on a task of their own, with a laptop and the agreed AI tool. Ask about pairing them if you want people to practice after the keynote.

Do people need a laptop or an AI account for the AI keynotes?

No. The AI keynotes work without a laptop or an AI account. The hands-on workshops are different: participants bring a laptop and access to the agreed AI tool, and the requirements are confirmed during planning.

Will Stefanie recommend specific AI tools?

Tools change quickly, so the keynotes focus on habits that last: picking a useful job, giving AI context and checking the result. Examples use current tools where they help, and any hands-on session uses the tool your team agrees on.

Does our audience need AI experience?

No. The keynotes use plain language and business examples, so a room with mixed experience can follow along. Tell us how your audience uses AI today so the examples start in the right place.

Which AI session fits our audience?

Choose The AI Advantage when the group needs to understand business and industry change. Choose AI You Can Use Monday for everyday application. Choose Your AI Advisory Board when leaders want a method for examining decisions. Tell us who is coming and how they use AI today, and we will help you choose.

Can Stefanie tailor the session to our audience?

Yes. Before the event, I talk with your team about who is in the room, what they’re facing and the language that matters to them. Then I shape the examples around your audience and what you want them to leave ready to do. We will agree on the level of preparation and customization in the scope.

How long are the sessions?

Keynotes run 30 to 90 minutes. Workshops run a half day or a full day, and Build Your AI Advisory Board is a 3-hour workshop. Webinars run 45 to 60 minutes. Sessions can be in person or virtual. Include your available time in the inquiry, and we will confirm the format that fits.
