Bring the Right People Into a Conversation That Matters.

Some questions deserve more than a panel answer. Stefanie helps shape the room, prepare the discussion, and bring out the experience people have to share.

Start With the Question You Cannot Answer Alone.

What are your customers running into? What is changing for your members? Where do your leaders see the same problem differently?

A well-planned conversation gives people room to compare what they know, challenge an assumption, and hear something they would have missed on their own.

Stefanie starts with the purpose. Then she shapes the participant mix, questions, and format around it.

Choose the Room for the Work.

  • Private Leadership Sessions

Help your team examine a focused issue, hear different views, and decide what needs attention next.

AN ILLUSTRATIVE ROUNDTABLE

How Do We Help New People Learn the Business Faster?

Bring a leader, a sales manager, an operations manager, a newer employee, and a training partner into the same discussion.

Where do new people get stuck? What do experienced people forget to explain? What could the group test to make the first month clearer?

The aim is to surface different views and leave with one practical experiment to consider.

A POSSIBLE THEME

AI and the Future of the Industry

Bring leaders together to compare what they are seeing, where they disagree, and which choices deserve attention next.

Stefanie Helps Shape the Room and Guides the Discussion.

  1. Before the Group Meets

Clarify the purpose, identify the perspectives needed, and prepare the discussion. Stefanie plans participant outreach and logistics with your team.

  2. At the Table

Ask the questions, draw out different views, and follow the points that deserve more depth.

  3. After the Conversation

When included, capture the themes, open questions, and next steps the group agrees to carry forward.

Planning the Room

See all FAQs

Does a roundtable include finding the participants?

Facilitation, room curation, guest outreach, and event logistics are separate parts of the scope. Tell us whether your group is already assembled or you need help shaping the room.

Can a roundtable stay private?

Tell us your confidentiality needs before planning. Recording, public summaries, and attribution should be agreed in advance. A private discussion does not automatically become public content.

How long are the sessions?

Keynotes run 30 to 90 minutes. Workshops run a half day or a full day, and Build Your AI Advisory Board is a 3-hour workshop. Webinars run 45 to 60 minutes. Sessions can be in person or virtual. Include your available time in the inquiry, and we will confirm the format that fits.

What does an engagement cost?

The investment depends on the format, preparation, time involved, production needs, and how you plan to use the content. Share what you are planning so we can recommend a scope and provide a written quote.
