About the Event

Hosted at Do it Best headquarters, the academy was open to Do it Best members and non-members. A welcome day preceded three days of instruction, with several millwork specialists contributing to an interactive program for people selling doors and windows.

What Stefanie Covered

The academy connected knowledge of the product with the details needed to sell it accurately. The program covered door and window products, installation basics and sales skills, including handling objections, identifying upgrades and complementary items, and building more reliable ordering processes.

The second day covered window products and installation alongside interior doors. Working with fellow instructors, she helped deliver a program grounded in the practical questions faced by millwork sales teams. The emphasis was on product understanding and the sales conversation, with instruction shared across the teaching team.
