Stefanie Couch delivered an industry keynote at Nation’s Best’s third annual Women’s Leadership Retreat in October 2025. The retreat took place at Rough Creek Lodge & Resort in Glen Rose, Texas.

About the Event

Under the theme Lead Out Loud, Nation’s Best brought together women from across its locations and supporting sponsors. The program combined professional development, networking and team activities for women working in lumber and building materials.

What Stefanie Covered

Stefanie’s keynote formed part of that shared leadership-development program. Other retreat programming included a strengths workshop led by TyAnn Osborn, alongside opportunities for participants to connect beyond their day-to-day roles. The event placed women’s voices and leadership within the context of Nation’s Best’s stores, teams and wider organization.
