Women in Glass: Speaking and Leading the Discussion
Stefanie delivered Women in Glass keynotes in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Her work addressed visibility and leadership, helping people see the value of their experience and take a more active role in the industry.
In 2025, she also hosted the Women in Glass + Fenestration program and moderated its Women Leaders Panel with Lakisha A. Woods and Sheronda Carr. Her work included preparing the questions and guiding the discussion on stage.
That preparation matters. A strong panel helps each guest add something the audience can use.
AI Education for Glass and Glazing Teams
Stefanie’s NGA education included a hands-on “AI at Your Glazing Company” workshop at the 2024 Glazing Executives Forum and a 2025 GlassBuild Main Stage keynote on the next 18 months of AI in the industry.
Her broader work included the 2024 Building Envelope Contractors Conference and an AI and automation webinar with resources for attendees. These formats gave people several ways to learn: a live presentation, a workshop, and material they could revisit with their teams.
A Show Ambassador Who Can Tell the Story
NGA named Stefanie GlassBuild Show Ambassador in 2024 and 2025. The role included promotion, industry content, and participation at the show.
In August 2025, Stefanie and the Grit Blueprint team traveled to Tampa and Miami for an NGA sponsor production. They filmed with Faour Glass Technologies, ES Windows, and at an Oz Machine customer location. The work became a Behind the Build film, interviews, and promotional content ahead of GlassBuild.
The camera went to the work. Viewers could see the companies, products, and equipment behind the names on the show floor.
Keep the Conversation Going
